Han Shuli, male, born in Beijing in 1948, is a modern painter and first-class artist. Graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, he has worked in Tibet since 1973. He is now a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Chinese Federation of Councils, a standing member of the Tibetan Cultural Conservation and Development Association of China, a member of the Chinese Association of Fine Arts, a chairman of the Tibetan Literature Federation, a chairman of the Tibetan Association of Fine Arts and
Born in Beijing in November 1948. Graduated from the attached middle school of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1969. In 1980, he was admitted to the postgraduate class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He Youzhi and Yang Xianren were professors. Later, he worked in the Tibetan Exhibition Museum for fine arts.
In 1982, he graduated from the research class of the Department of Folk Art of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and created "Bangjin Meiduo". He went to Tibet and served as Secretary-General of Tibet Branch of China Artists Association.
In 1984, the 6th National Art Exhibition was awarded the Golden Prize, China Museum of Art.
The Special Honorary Award of the First International Comic Festival, Switzerland.
In 1992, the first Canadian International Ink and Wash Exhibition won the Golden Maple Leaf Award.

His works include "Between the Holy Mountains and Shenhu Lake" and so on. The comic strip "Bangjin Meiduo" won the gold medal in the 6th National Art Exhibition; the Chinese painting "Birds" was selected in the 6th National Art Exhibition; the New Year was selected in the advancing Chinese Youth Art Exhibition; and the Bangjin Meiduo was awarded the gold medal in the 6th National Art Exhibition.
"Cloud Picture" (in cooperation with Bamazasi) won the silver prize of the 6th Host Country Art Exhibition.
He is currently a member of the CPPCC National Committee, a member of the Chinese Federation, a chairman of the Tibetan Literature Federation, a chairman of the Tibetan Art Association, a director of the Chinese Artists Association and an honorary professor of Tibetan University.
From 1975 to 1996, Mr. Wu Zuoren was honored to take the initiative and cooperate with his consultants to complete the large-scale historical oil painting "Authentic Signature of the Golden Vase".
From 1989 to 1995, four solo exhibitions were held in Taipei and Paris, and joint exhibitions were held in Macao, Tokyo and Toronto. The work "Bangjin Meiduo" won the Golden Maple Leaf Award in the 6th National Art Exhibition and "Buddha Seal" won the Golden Maple Leaf Award in the Canadian International Ink and Wash Contest.
